STAGE 1 - Project scope of works & preliminary cost planning

We clearly define all works required for your entire project and develop a cost plan schedule that aligns with your budget & design objectives from the first day of engagement.

STAGE 2 - Project BrieF& Concept Design

From our preliminary cost plan we NOW can create your concept design, based on our findings. Concept design consists of mood boards, floor plans, elevations and suggested material finishes.

STAGE 3 - BUDGETING YOUR PROVISIONAL ALLOWANCES LIST WITH YOUR DESIGN

A critical stage to ensure you are happy with the budget based off our concept plans. We form a detailed construction cost plan early with our qualified trades so you can make important decisions & make amendments to concept plans before the construction plans are drawn up.

STAGE 4 - PREPARATIONS FOR SUBMISSION & MANAGING OF CONSULTANTS

We are highly experienced in dealing with Strata and council where CDC/DAs are required ensuring a positive outcome. This consists of preparing all applicable documents and consultants for submissions.

STAGE 5 - SELECTING, SOURCING & SPECIFYING FOR ALL PC ITEMS

This is where you decide on interior items like fittings, joinery, lighting & flooring. Your selections will all be itemised into a P.C list to ensure the budget has been well factored & considered. We proactively source from various suppliers for the best buying price.

STAGE 6 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION DRAWING PACKAGE

We develop construction drawings in detail with a complete schedule of specifications, ready for quotation and manufacture. We’ll include all the information required to ensure your project is kept on budget and in perfect line with the proposed design.

STAGE 7 - TRADE TENDERING & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We procure tenders from various qualified, licensed and trusted builder/trades for your project. We present all findings to you for approval of appointing the nominated builder. We are also directly involved throughout the construction timeline, extending to post construction support.
